The lash industry is constantly evolving, so it pays to keep on top of every new advancement. Right now, Russian volume lashes are all the rage. You’ll be able to get applying the dramatic Russian lashes down to a fine art with the advanced eyelash extension techniques and learn all of the benefits of this pioneering lash treatment.

This course has been responsible for the training of many successful lash technicians who have all become confident in their practice with Russian lashes. Not only will you learn how to apply the lashes, but you’ll also learn the correct methods of removal and maintenance allowing to meet all of your future client’s lash needs.

You’ll learn the specialist skillset under careful direction of one of the most talented lash technicians in the south who also carries years of experience as a certified trainer. There are two parts to this course, firstly there is an online module to complete which is the theory part of the course. The course will be completed after practical training sessions.

What to expect

You’ll get to learn the basics and a whole lot more when it comes to the technique of application with Russian Volume lashes. The process of application and maintenance is different from classic lashes, however learning the technique through Lashtique will ensure that you are able to fit Russian lashes to the highest possible standard.

Every student on our courses will be provided with a starter kit which will give you everything you need to fit premium standard Russian volume lashes.

Alongside the invaluable advice you will gain through the practical and theory you will also be provided with written material which you will be able to refer back to after the training.

Online Modules

Ahead of the practical course you will need to have completed the Beauty Guild online theory modules. These modules are a great way of learning all there is to know about Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions. This can be completed at your own leisure ahead of the practical course. We’ll be able to see your progress and provide any advice if required. The modules will cover the following areas of Lash Application.

Morning Session

The first session will start with a 101 on all you need to know about Russian Lashes, we’ll also cover some of the basics that you’ll need to learn about lash installation practice. Learning about health and safety practices may seem boring, but in the fun and interactive small classes you’ll stay engaged until we get onto the more exciting aspects of your training. We will also familiarize you with the equipment you will need to carry out the lash extensions – rest assured that you will only be working with top-notch tools.

You’ll be able to learn everything from choosing the right lash glue, how to avoid causing irritation to the eye, choosing the right thickness of lashes, how to style and map the lashes and much, much more.

After you’ve learned all there is to know about Russian Volume lashes, it will be time to put your skills to the test on a mannequin. The practical assessment will conclude the first session and prepare you for the second!

Afternoon Session

During your second session, you will be given the opportunity to work with a model to perfect your Russian Volume Lash application. You will be closely watched and coached by Martina. Then there will be a recap session with time left over for your questions to be answered.

Accreditation

The Russian Volume Eyelashes Extensions course is fully accredited by the Guild Training International.

Upon completion of the course, you will be recognised as a skilled technician by the UK’s most trusted trading body. The iconic pink tick you will see on GTi courses is a symbol of quality. Only training courses which follow the highest standards of training will allow you to walk away with a GTi accredited certificate.

I did lots of research prior to booking and am so glad I chose Lashtique - What an amazing course, from the moment I walked in Martina made me feel so welcome.

Whilst doing the course in my maternity leave I was hugely stepping outside my comfort zone and leaving twins at home a couple of month old I was very apprehensive - there was such a friendly atmosphere and the day was structured so well, the amount of information which was condensed in the day wasn’t overwhelming especially with a fantastic study manual. Martina worked with us individually giving us advice and tips over the day.

The course was kept small to only 3 students meaning it was very one on one. Unlike other courses out there this includes a kit and since I’ve been researching products and replenishing my kit it’s been made clear that the kit provided is high such quality and years of knowledge which had gone into not only the day but kit too.

Since the course there has been a few questions which have arisen whilst practicing and Martina has been contactable and extremely helpful, even when I have had a client in the chair! It is definitely value for money and more offers lots more than other courses out there, I can’t wait to do the next one.

I attended the classic lash course, run by lashtique in January 2019. It was not a decision taken lightly as it's a reasonable investment but any hesitations I had soon evaporated.

Martina is delightful, I found her very personable and she put everyone at ease straight away.
It was an intimate group with only three of us, which was really nice as we could all ask any questions we had and Martina was able to focus her attention on all of us.

We then moved on to applying individual lashes on mannequins and Martina demonstrated and assisted us with lash isolation and application.

After lunch (which was provided) we moved on to models, which were provided for us.
Martina was very attentive and thorough; she is clearly an expert in her field and a real perfectionist. She watched our technique very closely, and stepped in to help and demonstrate how we might find things easier or get better results. Again, because of the small group, we received all of the attention and help we needed.

Martina has since followed up on our progress and has been on hand when I have had any questions.
I would thoroughly recommend training with lashtique if you are considering going into a career in lashes. I have spoken to others who have booked courses online which were cheaper, but by all accounts no where near as good. Go for it, you won't regret it!

How will a Guild Accredited Course Benefit Me?

Guild Accredited courses are designed to be as enjoyable as they are rewarding. There are hundreds of courses for beauticians, however the accreditation is an indicator that you will only receive the highest levels of training from a reputable training institution.

Do I get Automatically Added to the Guild Register of Professional Beauty Therapists?

Once you are freshly qualified you will be able to arrange membership with the Guild. You’ll need to arrange your membership and insurance before you can start offering the Russian Volume lash treatments to your clients. Accidents happen, even for the most experienced of lash technicians, so it always pays to ensure that you’re covered.

Do I Need to Bring Anything to the Course with Me?

Nope, everything you need will be provided for you during your training sessions including reference material and a kit containing only the highest quality tools, lashes and glue.

Will I get support after my training?

With Lashtique the support doesn’t stop after your assessment. Via Whatsapp within a closed group you will have direct access to your trainer Martina and the over students on your course to share case studies, tips and general experiences. Martina will be always be at hand to give expert advice and tips when needed. The extensive manual we supply will also be your bible for guidance and support.
